An update to my Faviki dilemma

In my previous post I explained a problem with using the Faviki website -  it was displaying a blank page when trying to navigate to the 'join' section. 

After doing some research and finding the founder of Faviki, I realised he had an active online presence, so after tweeting him:

I got a reply!

I feel like I've contributed to the global world of information by getting the Faviki 'join' page fixed!


This is an excellent example of how technologically aware and savvy we have to be as information professionals, and it's a reminder to me that when seeking solutions to problems, communication and thinking outside the box is very important for results.
