An update to my Endnote dilemma

In my previous post I mentioned I was having trouble connecting to the RMIT database through Endnote, so I decided to use RMIT's excellent Ask A Librarian service, which offers:

1.Real-time online chat

2. I chose email, so that I could easily articulate my problem

3. SMS, great for questions on-the-go

4. Old-school phone calling!

5. I didn't realise there are liaison librarians!

We have our own liaison librarian, Daniel Giddens, who looks after Information and Knowledge Management programs. 

I sent an email query to Ask A Librarian regarding my problem connecting to the RMIT database through Endnote, and within half an hour I had a response.

Right! So Librarysearch no longer supports connection to Endnote!
